We offer a range of digital products, including Confirmation IDs (CIDs) and digital license keys. As these products are electronically delivered, they are not eligible for returns. All sales are considered final once the order has been processed and the product or service delivered.

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- Failure of Delivery: If we are unable to generate or deliver the requested CID or license key due to technical errors on our end within 48 hours of payment.
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made duplicate payments for the same order.
- Incorrect Order Processing: If the product or service delivered does not match the details of your order in such cases contact us we will resolve the problem.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
